At Flooret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new flooring. If your project needs change, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on unused, unopened boxes to ensure your renovation is stress-free.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of delivery and consists of at least four unopened, full cartons of flooring in their original packaging.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the quantity of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack your items on a pallet if necessary and clearly mark each box with your RMA number to prevent processing delays at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
