Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering 12-inch cut samples or full-plank samples to see the color, texture, and grain in your home's unique lighting.
What is the difference between the Base and Signature collections?
Our Signature collection features a thicker wear layer and longer, wider planks for a premium look, while the Base collection offers the same high-quality construction in a more compact, budget-friendly format.
How long does shipping take for flooring orders?
Standard transit times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Can your flooring be installed over radiant heating systems?
Most of our resilient flooring products are compatible with hydronic radiant heat systems, provided the surface temperature does not exceed 85°F. Please consult our installation guides for specific requirements.
What is your return policy for unused flooring?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable cartons within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
